Welcome to SELVA BMS™
Welcome to your nature
My name is Selva, and this is not just my name; it is my philosophy. It represents the perfect, interconnected ecosystem that you are: where your body, your mind, and your emotions are a whole. A system that knows how to heal itself, if we give it the right tools.
"Remember Your Nature" is more than a motto. It's a revolution.
Etymologically, "re-member" means to become a member again, to reassemble yourself. It is about reclaiming your power and sovereignty over your own health. It's about stopping the delegation of your well-being and becoming the primary person responsible for your vitality. It is a radical act of empowerment.

My BMS™ System: A Journey from the Inside Out
I don't believe in workouts that only work from the outside. I believe in an internal, intelligent, and sequenced re-training. A journey that follows the sacred order of your anatomy:
-
The Foundation: The Breath. We start here because everything begins with a single breath. We calm the nervous system and lay the groundwork for everything to come.
-
The Release: The Diaphragm. Using manual and hypopressive techniques, we release the center of your stress and your breath, creating physical and mental space.
-
The Cleansing: Lymph & Venous Return. We activate your internal "cleaning system" to reduce inflammation, release toxins, and experience a renewed sense of lightness.
-
Essential Movement: Joint & Animal Mobility. On the floor, we reconnect with the most primary movement patterns. We strengthen from the inside out, with safety and intelligence, so your body can move without pain.
-
The Integration: The LPF Sequence. For 10-20 minutes, we bring it all together in a profound practice: axial elongation, spinal decompression, and full release of the rib cage. This is the moment where you feel the change taking root, carrying the benefits with you for hours.
The Result: The Reconnection You've Been Searching For
This is not just about exercise. It's about the transformation you will experience:
-
You will feel lighter and more spacious inside, with energy that flows freely.
-
Your mind and nervous system will find a powerful calm they didn't know was possible.
-
You will regain flexibility and mobility, saying goodbye to stiffness and pain.
-
You will inhabit your body again, feeling connected, present, and grounded.
My Commitment: To Be Your Guide and Travel Companion
This system was born from my own search for health, and I share it not as a guru, but as a calm guide and a companion who has walked this path. I have lived it in my own skin.
This experience extends to a field I am passionate about: maternal and infant care. I have guided women during pregnancy, where conscious breathing and exercise have been key to more regulated and conscious births. And in postpartum recovery, we have achieved together faster, more effective improvements in diastasis recti, toning of the deep abdominal wall, and reduction of inflammation and waist size.
SELVA BMS is proof that when you remember your nature, you find the most direct path to your own health. It is my legacy, my experience, and my hope, offered to you.
Your nature is balance, quiet strength, and radiant vitality. It is time to Remember it.
FAQs
What are the benefits of practicing LPF?
LPF offers a wide range of benefits, including:
- Improved posture
- Reduced waist circumference
- Pelvic floor recovery
- Enhanced breathing capacity
- Improved sexual function
Is LPF the same as hypopressive training?
Not exactly. While it’s based on hypopressive techniques, LPF has evolved into a more complete and intelligent body training system. It’s the first structured and standardized program in this field.
With SELVA BMS™, you won’t just learn exercises—you’ll learn how to apply them effectively with your clients or in your own practice.
What is LPF?
LPF stands for Low Pressure Fitness, an innovative breathing and postural training method. It combines myofascial stretching, neurodynamic movements, and hypopressive exercises using cutting-edge teaching methods from exercise science.
This system focuses on reducing excessive intra-abdominal pressure, which can negatively affect your back, core, and pelvic floor. The result? Better breathing, improved posture, and stronger, more elastic muscles.
Who can practice LPF?
Anyone can! LPF is safe for both men and women of all ages. However, it’s important to learn it from a certified LPF professional who can adapt the method to your specific goals and needs. Always check with your doctor before starting any new fitness routine.
How often should I practice to see results?
Studies show that just 2 sessions per week of 20 minutes can already bring noticeable benefits. More frequent practice can speed up your progress—you can even work up to daily sessions if you like.
Do I need any special equipment?
Nope. Just a bit of space and a mat or soft surface to get started.
Can I practice LPF while pregnant?
Yes—with some adjustments. During pregnancy, you can continue doing the postural exercises, but you’ll skip the breath-holding (apnea) phases. Always consult your healthcare provider first.
Is LPF only for women?
Not at all. LPF is just as beneficial for men, especially in areas like postural correction, waist shaping, and sports performance. Everyone can benefit from better pressure management.
I’m a high-performance athlete. Should I include LPF in my routine?
Definitely. Many sports injuries are related to poor pressure management—like hernia in runners or urinary incontinence in gymnasts. LPF helps you prevent injuries and boost performance by training your core more intelligently.
How can I find a certified LPF professional?
Looking for a certified trainer? You are in the right place. SELVA BMS™ and her team are ready to help you embark on your LPF journey or take it to the next level.
